Sunday Morning Musings!

I finally recovered from my garage sale! It was only the second sale I ever held. Now I remember why it took so long to have the second sale! J

That sure is a lot more work then being a Realtor®! Except when I think about it and compare it to all the decisions a buyer has to make, this may have been physically more challenging but mentally a lot less stressful.

Here I had to think of all the items I wanted to get rid off I had so “diligently” accumulated. Why on earth did I ever need a silver plated ice bucket? I think I used 3 times in 30 years. “Will you take 1 dollar for this flower arrangement?” “NO! I paid $46.00 for it.” Nobody cares what you paid for it, value like; beauty is in the eye of the beholder. “Hey Honey, she is selling the same old dishes we have”! “Does the coffee pot work?” Yes! “You can plug it in over here!” “Are you selling any buttons? NO! Why would someone buy buttons? Just Musing!!!!

A home buyer has just the opposite problem. I’ll elaborate on that next Sunday!
