My garage door decided to give me problems this week! Called a friend for a referral, got one. You never guess what happened? This person actually answered the phone!!! "Yep! I can come and fix it! TODAY!" How refreshing to actually receive customer service! Am I going to keep this company on my referral list? You bet I will!
